1. Acceptance of Terms

If multiple accounts are detected, slvio reserves the right to close all accounts, void all wagers, confiscate winnings, and forfeit all balances without prior notice or liability.

You must not share your login information with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

slvio accepts deposits through various payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and over-the-counter payment channels. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100, and maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account verification level and chosen payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

You acknowledge that all deposits are made voluntarily for the purpose of wagering on slvio's gaming products. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of technical error, duplicate transactions, or as otherwise required by applicable law. You must only deposit funds that legally belong to you and that originate from legitimate sources. Money laundering, fraud, and other illicit financial activities are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of account verification requirements and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500. Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

slvio endeavors to process withdrawal requests within 24-48 hours for verified accounts. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected, account verification status, and withdrawal amount. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding PHP 50,000 may require additional verification and may take longer to process. slvio reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before processing withdrawals.

3.3 Verification Requirements

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations, slvio requires all Users to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. Verification typically requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

3.4 Fees and Charges

slvio does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, and you are responsible for any such charges. Currency conversion fees may apply if your bank or payment provider automatically converts transactions to a different currency.

3.5 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. slvio reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of PHP 200 or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, on dormant accounts until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied.

4. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

4.1 Wager Placement

All wagers placed on the slvio platform are binding and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your wagers before confirmation. slvio is not liable for any wagers placed in error, and such wagers will stand unless voided due to a technical malfunction or error on slvio's part.

The maximum and minimum wager limits vary by game type and may be adjusted by slvio at any time without prior notice. You agree to comply with all posted betting limits. Wagers that exceed the maximum limit for a particular game will be void, and stakes will be returned.

4.2 Game Results and Fairness

All games available on the slvio platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer technology provided by licensed third-party gaming suppliers. Game outcomes are determined randomly and fairly in accordance with the stated rules of each game. slvio does not influence, manipulate, or control game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network disconnection, or error affecting game outcomes or wager results, slvio reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. You accept that occasional technical issues may occur and that slvio's liability is limited to refunding affected stakes.

4.3 Prohibited Betting Patterns

You agree not to engage in any form of fraudulent, abusive, or irregular betting activity, including but not limited to: (a) colluding with other players; (b) using automated betting software or bots; (c) exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities; (d) matched betting or arbitrage strategies; (e) bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers; or (f) any other activity that slvio reasonably deems to constitute unfair advantage or abuse.

slvio employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate suspicious betting patterns. If abusive or fraudulent activity is detected, slvio may void wagers, confiscate winnings, close accounts, and report such activity to relevant authorities. You may also be held liable for any damages or losses incurred by slvio as a result of your prohibited conduct.

4.4 Responsible Gaming Limits

slvio is committed to promoting responsible gaming. You may set voluntary deposit limits, wager limits, loss limits, and session time limits through your account settings. Once set, these limits will be applied to your account and can only be increased after a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreases to limits take effect immediately.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

slvio may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback, and other incentives to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the sum of the deposit and bonus. 6.2 Account Suspension and Termination

slvio reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or if required to do so by law or regulatory authority. Upon termination, you will forfeit any remaining account balance, pending wagers, and bonus funds, except where prohibited by law.

6.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you following completion of all pending wagers and verification procedures. Closure requests are typically processed within 7 business days. Once closed, accounts cannot be reopened for a minimum cooling-off period of 6 months.

7. Intellectual Property and License

All content on the slvio platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of slvio or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the slvio platform without prior written consent, except as necessary for normal browser caching or as otherwise permitted under applicable law. Unauthorized use of the Platform or its content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in criminal or civil penalties.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranty

The slvio platform and all services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. slvio does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slvio, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if slvio has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, slvio's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to slvio in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

8.3 Force Majeure

slvio shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the slvio platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service.

9.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the slvio platform, you agree to first contact slvio customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to slvio's legal department.

9.3 Arbitration

If informal resolution and formal complaints do not resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days, either party may elect to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

9.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against slvio.
